These words reflect his aspiration for our products to embody our corporate philosophy, aesthetic sense, and integrity.
With the goal of delivering quality that exceeds our consumer’s expectations, we take these words as a foundation for our product development and manufacturing and listen sincerely to consumer feedback as we engage in our daily work.

Shiseido Quality Management System

Since our founding, we have upheld quality as our corporate philosophy and have consistently passed down this aspiration through our product manufacturing over the years.
In addition to complying with regulations and rules in various countries and regions, we have established Shiseido’s original high standards and consistently strive for uncompromising quality from research and development to manufacturing and sales. To achieve our goal of delivering “quality that exceeds consumer’s expectations,” we have established the Shiseido Quality Principle^*1. We are building and operating the Shiseido Quality Management System (S-QMS), which incorporates international quality management concepts^*2 to fulfill this goal. S-QMS not only ensures quality but also serves as a foundation for high-quality products and services by accurately capturing consumer feedback and market changes.
