Protection of Reporters

The whistleblower may not be in any way dismissed, sanctioned or discriminated against for reporting facts in compliance with the internal whistleblowing policy and in good faith. Our Response

We contract with an expert third party, ADIT, that will screen the alerts to confirm that they are well in scope of the hotline.
We follow up as appropriate on all in-scope alerts whether they are anonymously made or not.
As needed, we will conduct investigations and implement responsive actions in collaboration with the relevant departments of Shiseido Group companies, external experts, or stakeholders. If corrective measures are required as a result, we will take immediate action.
