If a consumer becomes aware of any unusual changes to their skin or other area after using a Shiseido product, they should stop use immediately and report any concerns to the store where they purchased the product or to our Consumer Information Center, and are recommended to see a dermatologist as necessary. Shiseido cooperates with medical institutions and government authorities and can quickly respond to such concerns, such as by introducing a dermatologist, through its emergency medical response system.
Quality and safety experts confirm inquiries from consumers one by one and find out the causes by investigation via product survey as needed. Then, feedback is given to relevant departments as consumer opinion, which is used to develop and improve products and services.
