Anti-Harassment Initiatives in the Recruitment Process
Based on the Shiseido Group Human Rights Policy, the Shiseido Group promotes initiatives to respect
human rights across the entire group. In our recruitment activities, we aim to ensure fair selection at
every stage of the process. We strictly prohibit all discriminatory treatment and harassment—including
sexual harassment, power harassment, and any other form of harassment—that could hinder job seekers in
their job-seeking activities.
Our Initiatives
To prevent harassment whenever job seekers interact with our employees, we have established the
following rules:
-
・Dissemination of Guidelines to All
Employees: Ensure that all employees are thoroughly informed of and understand the relevant
guidelines.
-
・Use of Authorized Communication
Channels: Require all communications with job seekers to take place through company-approved
channels.
-
・Prohibition of Gatherings Involving
Alcohol: As a rule, prohibit meals or gatherings with job seekers that involve alcohol.
-
・Proper Management of Personal
Information: Properly manage and protect all personal information provided by job seekers.
-
・Prompt and Appropriate Response: If
