Any misconduct, violations of law or Code of Conduct and Ethics (including fraud) or other misconduct / actions that may pose risks to Shiseido’s or to Shiseido’s business partners. This includes:

  • Abuse of influence
  • Bribery / corruption
  • Breach of policy / procedure
  • Bullying / harassment
  • Cartel
  • Conflict of interest
  • Discrimination
  • Fraud
  • Health / safety / environment
  • Theft
  • Other unethical behaviour or misconduct

Eligible users

Employees, third parties (i.e. vendors and suppliers) and officers and employees of business partners who have ongoing business transactions with Shiseido or Shiseido Group

Protection of Reporters

The Shiseido Whistleblowing Service is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all reports. Reporters are not required to reveal their identity unless they choose to do so. If anonymity is preferred, the Shiseido Whistleblowing Service will make every effort to ensure that the Reporter's identity remains confidential.
All information provided by the Reporters will be kept confidential within the Shiseido Whistleblowing Service. Personal information will only be used and disclosed as necessary to provide this service to both the Reporters and Shiseido to enable appropriate action on the report and as required by law or regulatory authorities.

Our Response

A Deloitte whistleblowing analyst will review the information the Reporters have given, summarise the information provided, suggest specific follow-up action, and submit a report to a designated Shiseido representative(s) for follow-up or corrective action, including notifying the appropriate law enforcement agency. Deloitte may contact the Reporters for further investigations, information, or follow-up actions through the website.
