Reports are responded to in the order they are received. Additional time may be required to respond to reports received outside of business hours. Moreover, depending on the content of the report, additional time may be required before we respond, or we may not respond at all. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Our responses are specifically addressed to the reports submitted. We strictly prohibit the diversion, secondary use, or disclosure of any part or all of our responses to anyone other than the Reporter(s) without our permission.
Please refrain from disclosing, sharing, or disseminating the fact that you have submitted a report, the content of the report, or the details and results of our responsive measures.
Please be advised that if your email settings block spam emails, you may not be able to receive our reply.To facilitate prompt communication with the Reporter in response to their reports, we ask them to fill in all of the fields for name, email address (hereafter “Personal Information”), and company address. A report with any of these missing cannot be accepted by web form. In such cases, we ask that the report be sent by postal mail.
We ask the Reporter to ensure that their reports do not include confidential information, such as trade secrets, belonging to their companies, or any information for which their companies are required to maintain confidentiality by a third party.
Reporters’ Personal Information will be used for the following purposes: - Carrying out investigations and implementing responsive measures - Communicating with the Reporter as necessary for such investigations and responsive measures
Depending on the case, we may share the contents of reports and the Personal Information provided with personnel at the relevant Shiseido Group company or companies. In that case, the Personal Information of the Reporter(s) will be used jointly with Shiseido Group companies in Japan for the purposes mentioned above. We may also provide the Personal Information of the Reporter(s) to Shiseido Group companies overseas for the same purposes.
