Changes among the Board of Directors

Shiseido Company, Limited (”Shiseido”) has nominated candidates for Directors and determined the structure of the Nominating Committee, Compensation Committee, and Audit Committee during the meetings of the Nominating Committee and the Board of Directors held on November 10, 2025. These proposals will be presented at the 126th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for late March 2026.
