[Registration Required] Shiseido DE&I Lab Symposium “Towards a Future Where ‘Women’s Empowerment’ is No Longer Needed - Insights on Gender Equality from Shiseido’s Initiatives”

The Shiseido DE&I Lab is pleased to announce its inaugural public symposium in commemoration of International Women’s Day (March 8). Established in 2023, the lab collaborates with Professor Shintaro Yamaguchi’s team from the University of Tokyo to empirically examine the relationship between workforce diversity and corporate growth, disseminating findings through various channels, including our website.

This symposium will explore the key factors driving workplace gender equality, drawing from cutting-edge research and Shiseido’s practical implementations. We extend a cordial invitation to a diverse audience, including corporate HR professionals, DE&I specialists, executives, managers facing team development challenges, individuals navigating career concerns, and researchers or students interested in gender equality.
